Agree, it does indeed look like they ran out of money lol.
I'm not trying to be cruel, really, but it is weak as tea. I mean that 7th pic....at first glance, it looks like one of the cheaper christmas tree ornaments you can find in the bargain dollar store...
On the other hand, they did try something different, so that's cool.
This looks like another case of "They ran out of money and had to re-release another figure." It's the worst in the wave but that's not a bad thing as the wave itself looks awesome.
