I really like this figure for what it is. It really feels like a figure version of a variant cover. But when I first read the description, I worried it was going to be Spyder-Knight, the medieval knight who happens to also like spiders, from the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon.

I strongly favor getting a fun but inconsequential figure in the member kit. Getting Pirate Pryde and Red Nova was cool, but I would much rather the classic characters people want be released as widely as possible.

Instead of a figure with broad appeal, a gimmicky figure of a cool character design is a great choice for the Unlimited Plus Kit. This variant has no following, so no missing a coveted character only available with a subscription.

But it seems off to me that of all the possibilities, MU chose a design from a variant cover. (The variant cover image was a much more interesting use of Venom and Moon Knight together than anything that actually happened inside the book.) MU doesn't even acknowledge variant covers in the app library (Thankfully tbh). But it just seems bizarre that you are not able to view the one source image for the figure using MU.

I had been holding hopes we'd get an Arachknight in a Spider-Man wave, I lost hope we'd ever get a Warp World wave, which was something I really wanted, so now that Warp World has been a long done thing, I'd at least like to see a few figures sprinkled around.

Anyways I keep seeing this figure, and I'm like....ooooh my purse is about to open up for a subscription I'll likely never use, just so I can have this figure...I waaaaaant it. It's so fun and Unique.... someone who doesn't want it , but subscribes wanna sell it to me for like a crisp 50?

I've been meaning to get Unlimited for a while now. There's nothing particularly amazing about this, but it might push me to spring for it since I was leaning towards getting it anyway.

Yeah, existing subscribers get the new kits as well, you just need to be subscribed to the Annual Plus plan already.

It's a cover-only rendition of a "Spiderized" Moon Knight created as part of a "Spider-Verse Variants" line of covers to celebrate the release of the third volume of the anthology series Edge of Spider-Verse back in May 2023:

Awww, I love that figure, why you gotta do that? I would be really happy to have that figure, but I'm not paying 100 bucks for it, No can do.

That's s a cool figure that I'd really like to have, but not enough to sign up for Marvel Unlimited --- just like with Nova from last year.

In years past I spent around $100 each on ebay for comic Rescue and the purple Terror Inc Deadpool, but I'm not going to do that for this one nor did I do it for last year's Nova (or Kitty before that).
