New 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' Trailer To Preview With 'The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug'

Outsiders - October 30, 2013
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 director Marc Webb posted the following message to his Twitter account:

I didn't have a clue what it said or meant until I found some LOTR fan-boys. They informed me it was written in Middle-Earth or the language of the Hobbit and the message reads:

WATCH FOR THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 TRAILER IN FRONT OF THE HOBBIT IN 3D

What better way to promote a new trailer than in some unspeakable language and have it air during the previews of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Peter Jackson's second movie to the Middle-Earth trilogy hits theaters on December 13th with The Amazing Spider-Man 2 swinging in on May 2nd, 2014.
