IMAX Movie Poster For 'Logan'

20th Century Fox and Marvel Entertainment has released the IMAX movie theater poster for Logan.



In the near future, the film follows a weary Logan as he cares for an ailing Professor X in a hideout on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.

Loosely based on the "Old Man Logan" storyline from the 2008 comic books, the film focuses with the loss of the X-Men when a corporation lead by Nathaniel Essex is destroying the world leaving it to destruction. With Logan’s healing abilities slowly fading away and Xavier’s Alzheimer’s forcing him to forget, Logan must defeat Essex with the help of a young girl named Laura Kinney, a female clone of Wolverine.

Logan stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Eriq La Salle, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, Dafne Keen, Richard E. Grant, Doris Morgado, Sienna Novikov, Elise Neal and Elizabeth Rodriguez.

The project is being directed by James Mangold with Michael Green, Scott Frank and Mangold penning the screenplay from a story by David James Kelly and Mangold.
