Zazie Beetz Announced As Domino For 'Deadpool 2'

Outsiders - March 11, 2017
Ryan Reynolds has announced via Twitter (shown below) that Zazie Beetz will be playing the character of Domino in Deadpool 2. The sequel will see Reynolds back as Deadpool, along with T.J. Miller and Morena Baccarin. Helming the project is David Leitch with writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese once again working out the script.

In the Marvel comic series, Domino was part of a government breeding programme to create the perfect weapon. Despite her showing an ability to manipulate probability in her favour, she was considered a failure and ended up as mercenary with exceptional marksmanship ability and hand-to-hand combat skills. She's also a frequent member of the X-Force team, where she joins forces with Deadpool and Cable.
