Im not a Deadpool fan but thought this looked fun. Loved the vibrant colors....but really, this was a waste of money. I dont make many bad purchases but when I do, it really gnaws at me. My fault this time.
Hasbro could've had the pirate hat removable. It would've been a cool accessory for kitbashers and customizers.

While he may have started as a blatant ripoff, he evolved into a more interesting character, and became something most people really enjoyed. People who like Deadpool generally mean they like the modern interpretation of the character, which is much more than just another Deathstroke. This figure exemplifies that fact.
No, no it's still a shameless rip-off, just one dressed as a pirate. Which, come to think of it, makes it a mindless cliche on top of THAT.
While I'm not a fan of the figure I am a fan of the way it was executed. I'm a big proponent of using softer plastic overlays on existing bucks to give the perception of specific or new sculpts. It's a gimmicky, niche version of the character at best and I would not be upset at all if there was ever only one Deadpool in every wave from now on, but this is not a bad looking DP. It is an eyesore for display purposes, however.
This is one of the least offensive Deadpools my OCPD has forced me to buy. I was fine with modern Deadpool, classic Deadpool, and Uncanny X-Force Deadpool, but everything since then has made me groan. This has made me groan the least, by a noteable margin. Boxers Deadpool, X-Men Deadpool, Deadpool on a moped, other classic Deadpool, suit Deadpool, and now other X-Men Deadpool I could do without.

Would you buy a line called "Marvel Stuff We Did to Appease the Bean-Counters So They'd Sign Off On That Third Quarter Raise?"
Sometimes I wonderwhy it's even called the Legends series anymore lol.
