Agree. Needlessly sloppy and lazy. Its like they decided they did pinless, so they didn't need to make an effort on the rest. The first time it premiered, I saw a review where the response to the complaints of the lack of line detailing on the quilted sections, was to go out and buy a marker and draw/paint them in. Yep. You could go that way. But you shouldn't have to. And collectors definitely shouldn't be accepting substandard productions just to defend a company. I'll say what I said about the Dr. Strange figure- its a good figure! Shocker just about hits all the notes....but then they just snatch it away somehow. Sloppy paint, no paint, and way overused effects (which don't really go with the Shocker anyway....his vibro-blast effects don't look like that) once again take a figure that should've been "must buy" into "may buy" or even "not worthy of my dollar".

Likely this is correct, but I won't stand for that obnoxious behaviour, so what it's 2022 Pinless tech isn't a new form of reusable energy, it's not working on me anymore with this, you can have sprinkles but no syrup, so what it's pinless, you really still couldn't paint those lines, we already know you hate painting lines, every spider-man based on an MCU appearance apparently isn't allowed to have painted lines, 1% of Shocker's depictions in media have him without the lines in the quilted outfit, so therefore that's not his look, he's got black lines it's really quite iconic,

Like I said 75% done, I need to buy a marker myself for 5 more bucks to paint the lines myself? what is this a Gundam kit? No finish the figure, or pack a marker in and call this a special DIY figure, it looks bad, I'm glad I'm not alone, also agree on the effects, isn't it about time we seem some diverse new effects not the same ones all the time, this effect represents every power at this point...nope, sorry we saw what you can do with ahem the new Havok.

Hasbro is playin us harder every year.

I feel Hasbro is always 2 steps forward, 1 step back. They ll make a good product but then make a really really weird and sometimes gamebreaking decision that messes what they had up in some way. They do have some pretty big winners sometimes but with those winners comes complete flops too.

Still want this figure.

Nice that the pattern is sculpted on but ya what a bogus excuse to leave it unpainted. I intended on waiting for him to go on sale before scooping one up, but I gave in when I saw him.. Ol Herman in his classic get-up has been my #1 wanted Spidey villain for a LONG time comin and wasnt gonna let theold weary power effects and the unpainted pattern keep me from getting him, especially when I thought the paint pen solution was/is such a simple fix. Ya we shouldnt have to do that but I did and it looks all the better.

I refuse to be cool with them being too lazy to paint lines, sorry this figure is only 75% done , with the price hikes, it hurts they can't even give a bit more of an effort.

Well Im in a pickle. This is essentially the version I wanted, but good ole hasbro gave us an inferior version already and thats the version I have but it wasnt the Shocker I wanted, however he does fit the slot and this being more expensive and with less stuff (no baf part), I debate on if hes worthy to obtain for me. Also they seriously need to make different effect parts. I thought them reusing body parts was bad, but I literally have a collection of the rainbow of this same stupid effect and its getting really annoying. They pack that ish with every dang figure!

WeaponXXX - 2022-01-26 @ 3:25 am

I have him Spidey and goblin on pre order glad I was able to secure black suit and classic at retail price
