Marvel Legends Series Wolverine 5-Pack: Wolverine, Marvel's Omega Red, Marvel's Cyber, Marvel's Callisto, Jason Wyngarde Video Review And Images

I thought it was a cool set and I bought it strictly on the shirtless Wolverine figure. A whim decision that will no longer happen at Hasbros current price level. Hear this Hasbro? Your price range decision is costing you money.. how long can you maintain even these current prices if you chase away your core audience?

the rest are ok, Hitler.. Er Wyngarde is kinda cool but I passed on Hellfire set, Cyber is identical to an original creation I drew as a kid so he appealed to me ( wonder if I can sue? ) Callisto.. ok but she struck me as a junkie like character with hard features., this figure looks like a model who is winning with that eye patch. Omega red is dated as a character..

Either way, unless Hasbro hits me with a must get like a Original Team MCU Avengers Box Set, this will go down as my last impulsive box set

Same here, I really only need Omega and Calisto, the only way I will get this set is if it's around 60.

This should've been a 4-Pack X-Men Rogues Gallery Boxed Set with a 4-Pack Marvel Legend price tag meaning around $80US. Is Wolverine really the selling point for X-Men fans for this?

Love this set! I'm very happy with all the figures...especially Wyngarde!

I hope they do another set of wolverines top enemies with some Reavers. We need a Donald Pierce in his Reavers costume. I wouldn't say no to Albert and Elsie dee either!

Yeah i would've bought Calisto and Wyngarde as stand-alone figures but no way was i shelling out for this box set. Oh well

I think this set was such a weird shot in the dark, it really should have been a Wolverine Retro wave, but hey, I bought this on the strength of getting Callisto, Wygarde and Cyber, did I like the price I payed for those 3 no, but Callisto is a nice looking figure, way prettier then she should be, but a good re-use of the Storm figure, and Cyber while bare bones is pretty much eactly what I would have expected from a Legend Cyber, and I am a Cyber fan so it was a no brainer, and I could't pass on Wyngarde since I already got the Hellfire club set, Omega Red was a good redeco, but I actually like the Sauron wave figure better, Wolverine was the lamest part of this. I still think this was such an out of left field 5 pack, most of these characters don't even really work together, it's a real patchwork box.

Said it before when this set came out almost a year ago: one of the most random, weird sets they've ever done. Shirtless Wolverine, seriously?? Just scraping the bottom of that Wolverine barrel. Then there's dull-as-dishwater Cyber. Omega Red is a well done figure that I already have but I could see getting this one (if it were in another set). Probably the oddest, wtf choice though, is Callisto. Hasbro continually puts out their female figures on that scrawny, flat buck, regardless of what character they're supposed to represent. But the one character that really should be on that buck, Callisto, is given somewhat fuller torso (like Mohawk Storm), and fuller face. She's clearly dressed in her first appearance outfit back in '83, so she should be on that overused buck. Argh.

Clearly the one star of this pack is the Jason Wyngarde figure, who for some reason they didn't put in the Hellfire Club boxset. If they had put Leland here instead of cyber blah, and maybe Wolverine in his astonishing outfit or even the Fang suit, I might've caved to pick this up.

I still prefer the older Omega red overall, yet the new head sculpt is a great bonus but the real stand out is the Calisto figure, with excellent body reuse and even better head sculpt, which is the only figure I really want from that set if I can find her for a decent price on its own.
