Really wish this had come with two heads. Then at least youd be able to get one fairly cheap on the secondary, or trade. They know darn well we have been complaining about the last one.

And yes on the green Scarlett Witch as well.

It wouldn't be on my "must haves" since it was such a "fleeting" look, but being a Quicksilver fan, I would definitely buy it. It'd be kinda cool if they did a 2 pack of this look with green Wanda, or just a Mastermind.

And thanks for the deep knowledge on the issue. I never had those issues, or the first X Men Masterwork. It was always just a mystery to me why she'd be green. I feel like when I finally saw a Misfits lyric sheet, lol!!!

Speaking of crazy looks I'd buy, the pink Robin Hood look for Hawkeye is on my list of never gonna get ems, lol.

You might be thinking of the time when this was first addressed. At least 2 covers of the X-Men had the Scarlet Witch in green. While there was no internet or fan forums like today, there were the Letters Page and readers DID call Marvel out for this. The explanation was:

"We have colorist Stan Goldberg to thank for the coloring "error" in regard to not only Wanda's costume but also Pietro's. Yet it appears to be intentional on Goldberg's part, reportedly having to do with the need to balance the elements on a cover in order to make it look pleasing overall for everyone--in this case, not having two characters clad in bright red standing next to each other (which, when addressed, trickled down to Pietro's costume coloring being changed accordingly, as a result of the change to Wanda's)..."

Which is why Scarlet Wanda got changed to green 'cause she was next to Magneto, and Quickie got changed to blue 'cause he was next to GREEN Wanda.

As far as the knife hands debate, I fall on the side of needing them. People do actually run that way, and he is drawn like that a lot, including the packaging. But, we all should have a few of those laying around.

So, I switched the heads and was very surprised to find the 3 pack head didn't look big on the green version! Exact same mold, but something about the colors maybe. I can't keep it there though, since the head with the green looks young and that's his younger look.

Overall, glad to have the green for my Avengers set up, but it definitely needed more attention to detail, not just a new head, if they wanted to give us the early Avengers look as the packaging suggests.
