This ain't great for Haslab, because with the price-point and the inherent complexities of what the projects offer the QC can't have these kinds of mess-ups. These kinds of mistakes should have been caught before the sets shipped from the factory, and then from the mail-order distributor. Its a drawback because it can make potential buyers hesitant for future projects,.
So, update no one asked for, lol. My straight forward eyes ARE off. One is straight and the other is looking up and to the right. I was on a Haslab high, playing with my new Giant Zombie and didn't really do more than a cursory look at the other plates. Called, and they were pretty cool about it. If you have the issue, they will ask for a picture of the eyes all lined up so they can see the issue, and that you got all the correct eyes. Reading between the lines, it sounds like there were two issues. One off printed straight forward eye, like I got. And also, some duplicate eyes, i.e. two side eyes, but no straight forward eyes ect.
Let's petition!!!! You messed up our eyes...send us the Skrullhead!!!!!

Looking at this review I really think the whole jointed fingers thing is a little much. I know with a figure this big though it's almost expected. I just wish it had come with alternate closed fists. Other than that everything is peachy. I guess we're supposed to make a claim to get the proper eyes. I don't get that. Why they don't just send them out? Maybe some turned out right or maybe they hope it'll go unnoticed or people will just be okay with it. That's unfortunate and as
Both you and he are right. Its just flatly inexcusable, not to mention the inability to make a fist. Why even bother with finger articulation. Since they know they messed up, just send out the replacements for the eyes. Or better yet, here's an idea: some quality control over the product, before it ships out in the first place? I do dig that ratcheting sound though!
My eyes were good. Didn't know it was a thing though. I definitely ran his hands under hot water for a minute before moving them. He's really awesome!

Just got mine today! Currently have a huge Halloween set up on the dining room table with Ghost Riders vs Zombies. It's more like a crazy Midnight Sons vs Demons, Zombies. and Vampires. GM looks so awesome stomping on the hood of the Hellcharger! I haven't even tried out all the eyes and human faces yet, lol. I'll have plenty of time after Halloween!
