Marvel Legends Agent Venom Coming To Walgreens In August 2014

Following our breaking news from yesterday about Hasbro releasing a special wave of 6" Marvel Legends Infinite Series Amazing Spider-Man 2 figures that will include the never-before-released Agent Venom figure exclusive to Walgreens stores, we now have a few more details to share with you. First here are some packaged images of the figure sent to us by @MikeHeXt via Anon.




Second we have had a few people who say they work at Walgreens check their computers and say this exclusive wave is slated to arrive on August 30, 2014.. Thanks to everyone who sent us that info.

Third some of you have pointed out that Hong Kong based etailer RobotKingdom has the Amazing Spider-Man 2 assortment with Agent Venom listed for pre-order. As we reported initially it was unclear if this wave would be some kind of shared exclusive or not. The Walgreens exclusive applies to the United States, it is unknown if Hasbro has plans to release this wave through other channels overseas or if there is a mis-communication somewhere. Robotkingdom lists the case assortment for this wave to include the following:

2x AGENT VENOM
1x ELECTRO
1x SUPERIOR SPIDERMAN
1x SPAWN OF SYMBIOTES
1x DEADLIEST FOES
1x SKYLINE SIRENS
1x AMAZING SPIDERMAN

But again at this time we can't confirm this or if it applies to the cases coming to Walgreens. We are treating all of this as rumor until Hasbro officially confirms or announces this wave and gives us specific details about availability which we are hopeful will be soon, so STAY-TUNED!
