FOX Gives 'Daredevil' Rights Back To Disney

Jay Cochran - April 24, 2013
It appears that Marvel and Disney have won the Daredevil battle after a long and drawn out process that never went anywhere with Fox. The original Daredevil movie starred Ben Affleck and he has moved on to doing everything else but putting on a pair of tights. So without him, Fox didn't feel like backing a superhero-sized movie based on the character and losing out more in the end. Now with DD back in Marvel's court, we will have to see how they handle him with either appearances in other superhero movies or maybe even in the sequel to The Avengers?
