This Marvelous Custom was done by Mattalica who has created a custom Custom 3.75 Marvel Universe Crossbones. Actually its more like a modification giving the existing Captain America: The First Avenger version is patten Crossbones logo on his shirt so he look more like the version you see in the comics.
