This Marvelous Custom was done by lowanbing who has created custom Marvel Universe Cloak & Dagger figures. This is how he describes the making of them:

"Dagger came from a Future Foundations Sue Storm with Ms.Marvel hair that i modified with a modeling compound to have it blown behind her instead of in-front. Cloak is non-posable and is made from a Mace Windu head and many many many various plastic cloaks and capes from all sorts of different figures (his base piece is made of the arms of a Harry Potter villain) I cut and stacked the pieces until it had a resemblance to the character- then glued and painted it. I hope you all enjoy. thank you."
