This Marvelous Custom was done by 1987olds442 who has created custom 6" Silver Surfer figure.

Here is how he describes the making of this figure:

"Here is my DCUC/ML style Silver Surfer. I started with a DCUC Wave 7 Aquaman main body, Eclipso's biceps, and a modded Golden Pharaoh's head and fist. I sanded down the costume lines on the upper legs and waist, and filled in the peg holes for a smooth look, and installed magnets in the feet to stand on the board."
