3.75" & 6" Ultimate Spider-Man Figure Updates

Last week we first showed you a new 3.75" Marvel Universe Ultimate Spider-Man figure that was listed as a variant for the line and a new 6" version, and now we have some additional information to share with you from Hasbro about both figures.
The 3.75" figure will be a variant for the regular Spider-Man figure that was shown at Toy Fair and slated to be released in the first wave of Marvel Universe figures for 2012. The variant should actually ship first.

As for the 6" figure, we are told it part of an upcoming Walmart-exclusive 6-inch Spider-Man line, similar to the one being released for the Avengers. No word on what other figures we will see for the line, but my money among other is on Amazing Spider-Man movie versions of Spider-Man and Lizard.
