This Marvelous Custom was done by Currentcomics1 who has created custom 3 3/4" Marvel Universe Original Captain America figure. Here is how Currentcomics describes the making of this figures:

"I just completed a custom Captain America. I put the wings on his cowl and changed the face mask to make it look like the original Cap. I also gave him flared out gloves with a stitch look and cuffed boots. I gave a him the classic look belt and repainted under his arms. Here are the pics. I hope you enjoy."
