2011 SDCC: New 'Spider-Man' Villain Rhys Ifans Not Arrested At Comic-Con

According to Deadline, Rhys Ifans was involved backstage Friday night before the studio's Spider-Man panel at Comic-Con because Rhys Ifans wanted to smoke.

Sony says: "Rhys Ifans was detained by Comic-Con security after a brief incident backstage prior to and immediately following The Amazing Spider-Man panel. Police were notified and a citation was issued to Mr. Ifans who deeply regrets this incident."
