Jennifer Lawrence Talks About Her Role As Mystique In Upcoming X-Men Film

Jay Cochran - October 25, 2010
The folks at Hollywood Elsewhere caught up with actress Jennifer Lawrence in Los Angles and asked here some questions about her upcoming role as Raven Darkholme/Mystique in Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class prequel movie from 20th Century Fox. According to the "Winter's Bone" actress, only a small portion of her screen time will show her in full blown make-up as mystique.

Only 10% of her screen time will be as Mystique, she said. It takes X-Men: First Class makeup artists about six hours to transform her into Mystique with the blue skins and the scales, she added.

Production for this movie began back on August 23 in London and is slated to be released on June 3, 2011.
