This figure is part of the Titus Build-A-Figure wave and includes two headsculpts and a flying arrow to mimic his powers as seen in the movie. For the two headsculpts, you get one with a headfin fully extended and a face sculpt with a whistling expression, so that you can make the figure look like he is controlling the flying arrow.
