Marvel Legends 6" Iron Man Variant Figure From Hasbro Revealed (Update)

Marvel Legends 6" Iron Man Variant Figure From Hasbro Revealed (Update)

Jay Cochran - August 23, 2019
We've known some kind of Iron Man variant was coming since before San Diego Comic Con, but we didn't know exactly what kind of variant it would be. Well now I still can't really say what armor this figure is supposed to represent, but we know what it will look like thanks to Amazon which has it for pre-order and lists it with a November 15, 2019 release date.

The figure is a repaint of the red and gold Invincible Iron Man figure released a year or so ago. Instead of the arm cannon that was included with the original figure, this one comes with a laser sword and multiple pairs of hands. You also get the traditional Iron Man repulsor blast effect pieces. Being black and blue it strikes me as some type of Stealth Armor. I believe this will be released as another Fan Channel exclusive. See the images below.

UPDATE: This meant to be a Stealth Armor, here is the figures official description:

As seen in the Civil War II comic, Tony Stark modifies his suit for stealth capabilities to take on cybernetically enhanced ninjas! Featuring premium stealth design, this Iron Man soars into battle under the radar using his custom stealth suit.

The quality 6-inch Legends Series Iron Man figure features multiple points of articulation and is a great addition to any action figure collection. Fans, collectors, and kids alike can enjoy this 6-inch-scale Iron Man figure, inspired by the character from the Marvel comics. You can pre-order it now at BigBadToyStore.com.

Easy pass. I read the Invincible Iron Man run and he doesn't use the sword until he changes into the "Samurai" version... Cool sword thou... Would have preferred the 80th Classic IM in stealth mode instead.

At that version looks better like a Samurai than the 90's cartoon version

Easy pass for me, probably because I just go the 80th version and that is as definitive as it gets

$125 total, tax & S&H included, you can pre-order the AF boxset now.

Yeah, youcan order it now, but he's saying you won't actually be charged until it ships. So, budgetarily you're down $125, but you have three and a half months to come up with it.
