Okay, I don't collect MCU or Gamerverse figures, but I kind of really, really want Hasbro to make a Sam Wilson in his "Smiling Tiger/pimp" suit from episode 3.

So it's a lose-lose, we don't buy the figures we want and scalpers support them anyway. They really need better systems though, the only exclusives I never had any trouble finding were from TRU.

Similar to the way McFarlane was securing the chest plate(s) on most of the female figures with one or two little dollops of rubber cement back in the 90's? How times have changed. Yeah, I'd be cool with them doing it that way too. I mean, the packaging has chocking hazard and small parts warnings. They should be covered. Until........ As far as US Agent, I'm sure he'll have to turn the shield over to Sam at somepoint, but like in the comics, he's certainly gonna get another, isn't he? At least a laser torch or something. Maybe he gets an energy shield, but it projects out from an arm bracer or something. Still, some kind of effect woulda been much appreciated. Yeah, I imagine he'll get some sort of replacement shield like in the comics, but only time will tell what it is. This would definitely be a good place to introduce the holographic energy shield, we know Coulson already used one, so it could easily be used for Walker given the technology already exists. I'll wait to pass judgement on the figure until we see what he gets in the show, but it would have been really cool to get a translucent version of the shield with him.

Did they even bother getting this guy in great physical shape 6 months prior to filming? John walker is 6'4 270lbs, this guy is none of that. When we first see him this is who I thought of:

Guns are definitely an issue though, a lot of toy companies have been removing them from the promotional images of figures. I'd be ok with it being glued in his holster like Deadpool's were. Same with Melina. Lol. Similar to the way McFarlane was securing the chest plate(s) on most of the female figures with one or two little dollops of rubber cement back in the 90's? The figure itself looks okay, the packaging is pretty neat. Seems a big change from the comic version. even the Judge Dredd Agent had that goofy half eagle half energy shield thing. Maybe he dons something at the end of the series but Hasbro didnt have time to include it... its not like its unprecedented for them to exclude accessories for figures ( looking at you Infinity War Iron Man) He might not have one when he becomes U.S Agent and may not have one at the end of the series and may only get one whenever he returns
I will pass but this figure is great, they really nailed everything they could about the figure, be it unmasked head or the box designthat is directly inspired by the show,
