I think it will fit just fine with Legends. I watched a review of the figure the other day and compared to Endgame Thor and Cap from ML it looks in scale. Also like you said Hasbro make the Iron Man figures a bit taller than they should, so I think you'll be fine scale wise. The Mafex one could still be a little taller, but it works.
