Just saw Alex Chen Toy News on insta stating that it is the Punisher mech suit.

My hot take on who this new figure is: Cadaverous from the JJ Abrams Spider-Man run. The helmet is a huge giveaway for me.

How are we not instantly guessing this now? I see this helmet, and I'm like, "oh, its...ah...wait its...no..God who is this?"
