If this is 1:6 scale that would make an 11" tall hulk equivalent to 5 and a half feet tall compared to other 1:6 scale figures/statues. If it is 12" that is a 6 foot tall person - I think it was a mistake to call it "1:6 scale" because Hulk should always be larger than even a tall person, around 7-8 feet tall. Just something to consider if you have other 12" / 1:6 scale stuff that may make this statue seem short. Mcfarlane tends to scale by inches not proportions I think; that is to say his 7" figures are 7" not 1:10 scale and his 12" statues are 12" not 1:6 scale. At least that is how I have tended to notice it and in this case Hulk being 11-12" is definitely not accurate 1:6 scale.

You are completely correct. I was just looking at these Venom ones and noticing that they're 9.5" at "1:6 scale" which means Venom's actually a pretty short dude. I honestly don't understand why McFarlane's people regularly get basic things wrong, but they've turned it into an art at this point.

I'm sure this is accurate enough as far as these things go, but this design style does nothing for me.
