Nah they'd just file a lawsuit, and try to sue the pants off them, yet again proving people are bum bums, and having the Avengers go into a financial crisis and also get scorned publicly ruining their reputation. and then that would be the end of the Avengers, and we'd just be left with The Legion of Substitute heroes who were imported from the DC Universe, and then another lawsuit happened because of non sanctioned Universe hopping.

Maybe if the Avengers beat them up, it would change them

That's a big budget to spend on a little PSA about being a nice movie-goer and turning off your phone, was it necessary like do we really need to do this in 2026, if someone isn't going to turn off their phone, believe me the Avengers arn't going to persuade them, Because clearly they are already subscribing to the lifestyle of a big J-erk.
