A teaser trailer for "Daredevil" was unveiled in New York Comic-Con this past weekend, which had a quick glimpse of the highly-anticipated second season of the comic-book action series, starring Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Rosario Dawson.
The trailer features never-before-seen scenes from season two, where Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson and Karen Page are sitting in a church looking grim. While phasing into new glimpses of Rosario Dawson as Nurse Temple. The footage includes a peek at newcomers Elodie Yung as the ninja assassin Elektra Natchios and Jon Bernthal as the fan-favorite vigilante Frank Castle (aka the Punisher).
The second season of "Daredevil," which will consist of 13 new hour-long episodes, is scheduled to start streaming on Netflix in 2016.
"Marvel's Daredevil" is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.
