Yeah I kind of had the same problem. I was already tired when I tried watching it and fell off. I don't want to say it was anything to do with the show itself. It seemed very much like a slow burn kind of show as it was. What I do remember is I kind of fell off around the nightclub scene myself.
Lol we do know that the Cat Hardy first appearance and song, is literally Episode 1 , You couldn't have nodded out and given up that early!
I don't feel so ashamed about my constant falling asleep now, I made it further then you! at least I started falling asleep in Episode 5.
but no the Black Cat character did make me turn it off, I had to stop after she starting doing her stupid song, and I didn't want to look at her, It was so cliche, Just stop the gazing GoD, why do I have to be subjected to the stupid Gazing and objectifying, and bad non accurate to time period song.
I hit pause for a while and ate a popsicle and then fast forwarded to when the stupid song was over! take that stupid song and dumb oh look at the pretty love interest scene, NO.
Also I mean you kinda miss the point if you are a Spider-Man show that's not about peter parker, and it's a slow burn. Nobody wants that.

I still need to finish it. I got sidetracked with RL stuff and I kind of lost track of what was going on. I made the mistake trying to watch it while I was somewhat tired which didn't help. I enjoyed Cage's performance.

I know personally, I didn't even finish this show, I wanted to watch it and always ment to come back to it, but I got to episode 5 and I tried to watch it 3 times and I fell asleep everytime, I do have a falling a sleep in front of the TV problem, so that's on me, Like I remember it taking me 6, yes 6 sessions to get through Rebel Ridge recently and it's not like I didn't like it. so that' showcases my problem LOL, anyways I also had a few things I didn't love about Spider-Noir off the jump, that just kinda turned me off, as soon as Nic Cage got in that Night club and we had to listen to some extremely contemporary, sultry suxed up Felicia Hardy song, I was like...Ugh this is so Cringe, like music didn't sound like that then, and why do I have to stare at this chick, I get the point, she's such a babe and is so hawt and Nic cage is googley over her, Ugh Stop, I don't care let's move on (I didn't care for the actress either), Also Sorry instantly it was hard for me to not have a few inside chuckles at how weird and pin-backed yet grizzled Nic Cage was, like dude just got some work done and looked a bit uncanny, Also the supporting characters didn't do a lot for me, I love Cameron Britton he was awesome as Kemper in Mind Hunters, but here he was kinda throw-away, however Brendan Gleeson is good in everything, he was my fav part, but also..is he just too good for this?
anyways I'll continue watching at some point, I'm just busy, not watching this LMaO.

These services just aren't willing to let anything build anymore. Everything can't be a huge hit right away. They did botch the roll out with the B&W not being available right away for everyone. I personally was never able to get it. It was good though. Also, not sure what kind of story they'd have for a second season.

Way easier than a 10 second prompt that may or may not show up. We never got the option on the bottom of the screen to change it back and forth from color to B&W. Show was great though. Gleeson did an amazing job as Silvermane!
That's odd, I thought there were different icons for the different versions. I'll check out the color version but I'm partial to the b&W; the show was very very well done. I'm a big pulp fan (the Shadow, Doc Savage, Miss Fury, The Avenger, Zorro, the Rocketeer etc) so this was right up my alley. I DID note that some of the music wasnt quite proper for the era, but that didnt spoil the show. Ah! How I wish hasbo could do Marvel's Mystery Men figures!!

Saw the whole thing in black and white....maybe I'll take a spin in the color wheel this weekend!

Well, clearly I need to get Prime...
This looks great!
About time Sony had another good Spider story...
This is the direction Sony's SpiderManlessVerse should have taken. Instead of random villains, give us a movie for each of the most important SpiderVerse characters. Noir, 2099, Punk, Gwen, India, etc, culminating in a Infinity War/Endgame type finale where they all team up to face off against the Inheritors or something. Loving this decision already, can't wait to see where they go with it
man i love the show already can't wait to see it
