Marvel Television's upcoming Disney+ streaming series VisionQuest will premiere on Wednesday, October 14. The premiere date was announced by lead actor Paul Bettany during Disney's 2026 Upfronts presentation in New York City.

The show will follow the "White Vision" variant as he struggles to emotionally connect with the restored memories of his past life and seeks to reclaim his individual humanity. Marvel officially considers the 8-episode series to be the concluding chapter of a television trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along.

The series is spearheaded by showrunner Terry Matalas (Star Trek: Picard). Alongside Bettany, James Spader is reprising his role as the voice of Ultron. The series will also introduce a grown-up version of Vision's son, Tommy (played by Ruaridh Mollica). Other confirmed cast includes Emily Hampshire, T'Nia Miller, Todd Stashwick, James D'Arcy, and Orla Brady.

And we get this before an X-Men 97 Premiere date? Shame! Shame! Shame! *Rings bell slowly and disgracefully walking past Kevin Feige's Office*

I am really looking forward to this one. I know it'll be a half assed amalgam of the actual Vision Quest, Tom Kings Vision series, and Vision and the Scarlet Witch. Just enough that none of those stories can be properly told, but not really any where near as amazing a two of those three are to read. But I really liked Agatha, and I still feel like WandaVision is either The best D+ show ever, or top three. It, Hawkeye, and DD are the only series I have rewatched. Glad to get a release date.

(Hawkeye actually gets better ever time I see it. Wish Kate Bishop had shown up in DDBA....or anywhere. C mon guys!)

Agreed on Hawkeye being a great show, that feels so underappreciated, I feel like most people didn't even watch it, and it's certainly high up on the best of D+ List, WandaVision sure..I feel like it didn't age as well, it was so exciting when it happened because it was the first of it's kind and we'd been in such a drought and starved for Marvel Cinema, that we woulda eaten anything, once you know the mystery it's kinda...bah, but Loki is no doubt the best D+ Series.

as well gotta agree again with We need more Kate, she was really lovable, and She's such a strong character to have going forward with the new blood of the MCU, would have been good to see her in DD, let alone more then just where we left off in The Marvels. Main;y she has proved to interact well with other characters, like we loved her and Yelena's moments.

if RDJ was anything...it was he played with the sandbox of the Universe and other characters to perfection, complementing anybody he was beside.

Edit: I totally forgot about Loki, which is totally wrong, but totally fun. I have rewatched that show as well. Just didn't want to leave it off.

Yeah me too, seems just so like the events are outdated now, White Vision? oh that guy...sure.

Really though happy to see that Ultron will be back, as I personally loved Spader as Ultron, I thought he did a superb job, and Ultron was one of the best villains in the MCU and should have been more formidable in the end, and how will this only be the 2nd appearance (a boat cruise doesn't really count), Ultron can basically never die..so how is he not one of the most recurring and biggest thorn in the Avengers side, Give Ultron more story, he has the potential.

Finally will be nice to see Tommy actually appear, I mean if this answers more questions about Wanda's story, Agatha, and kids...cool in for it. I mean Agatha a surprise sleeper hit that, really was one of the better MCU shows as of late.

But that being said I hate looking at Pallet Swap vision, it's just so white...no color breaks...ugh.

I think this is the last of the shows that was pushed under Fiege's effort to appease the former CEO. Not I looking forward to it.
