head: ML Punisher nemesis wave
hands: ML Wolverine (astonishing x men)
collar: ML Longshot
belt buckle, hair, point tips on ears, wristbands: Apoxie Sculpt"

I love the scale details on Namor. Did you use an Ultrafine Sharpie or is it some kind of a printed out decal? Either way it looks really sharp.
