John Krasinski Close To Locking In The Role Of Captain America?!?

Fox News is reporting that actor John Krasinski (NBC’s The Office) is very close to locking in the role of Steve Rogers in the upcoming "The First Avenger: Captain America" movie from Paramount Pictures.
According to Fox, insiders at Marvel have told them that, "John has read 4 times and is doing screen tests. He has screen tested 2 times so far. It's very likely that he will be the new Captain America. He is a favorite among the key decision makers and has been asked to come back for more this week."

All we can say here at ENI is, please be wrong. In our opinion Krasinski has never demonstrated any of the characteristics that embody the character of a natural born leader like Captain America.

Stay-tuned too ENI as more details on this become available. "The First Avenger: Captain America" is slated to be released by Paramount on July 22, 2011.
