Marvel Legends Marvel Now Magneto Custom Figure By Supersmashfox64

Marvel Legends Marvel Now Magneto Custom Figure By Supersmashfox64

Jay Cochran - October 28, 2018
This weeks Marvelous Custom was done by Supersmashfox64 who created a 6" Marvel Now Magneto figure from the comics. This is how he describes the making of the figure:

This is my custom Marvel NOW! Magneto! Definitely one of my favorite redesigns of the character! Used an Abomination Wave Wonderman body with Marvel Legends Shatterstar belt, Onslaught BAF head, Astral Dr. Strange Hands, Marvel Legends Havok power effects, and hand-sewn wire-framed cape. Sculpted the white suit lines with and the studded gauntlets with Miliput, then painted. Definitely one of the ones I'm most proud of!

Check out the image(s) of their customs below and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments section below!

If you would like to submit a custom of your own creation to be featured in an upcoming MARVELOUS CUSTOM segment you can post your work on our FORUMS.

Great. Now I hate my useless Onslaught head more than I did before because it will never look this good. Awesome custom!

I considered doing this custom with the All-New All-Different Magneto. But I couldn't find the right paint for the flesh tone. Well done sir. It looks better than what I had in mind.\

Well done, sir! Say, do you have a pattern you could share for the cape? Or a link to a tutorial? Google searches haven't borne much fruit. I'm considering making wired capes for a few of my Legends. Thanks.

Yeah thats been my biggest problem is painting perfectly straight lines. Great call on the sculpting. Gives it a little dimension too. Great job!

Wow! This looks great! Im stealing your idea of sculpting instead of just painting to get my lines straight lol
