BigBadToyStore.com has listed Hasbro's first 2-13 wave for of 6" Marvel Legends figures for a January 2013 release.

Here is a case breakdown as listed by BBTS.

2x Captain America
1x Hyperion (or Sentry - sorry, no choice)
2x X-Force Wolverine
1x Protector
1x Archangel (or X-Force Archangel - sorry, no choice)
1x Red She-Hulk (or Lyra - sorry, no choice)

The Build-A-Figure for this wave is Hit Monkey. It should be noted that the Iron Fist in white costume which was originally announced to be in this wave appears to be missing from the line-up. No word at this time if the figure has been canceled or simply held back for another wave.
