UPDATE: This has been confirmed as eventually being available at all Disney stores as well as the Disney website and not just the Disney Parks as some were speculating.

Shown below are images that come via Oscar Perez of a new 7" Disney Store exclusive comic based modern Thanos figure. The figure is currently showing up in the Disneyland based store. The figure has a masked and unmasked head. The Infinity Gauntlet does not light up.
