New Disney Store Exclusive Marvel Select Venom Revealed

Looks like Diamond Select Toys is releasing a new 7" Marvel Select comic book based Venom figure as a Disney Store exclusive. Shown below is an image of the figure via Jeb Whitlock who saw the figure at the Culver City Disney Store. Look for the figure to be made available on the Disney website in the coming days as well.

I own the original but I feel as a big Venom fan that I need to go hunt this down. I recognize the 2 separate heads but I dont for the main head. WTF is that from? I like the overall variation.
