Picked up this set a couple weeks ago, a few QC issues, Magneto's purple paint apps are weak, Quicksilver's deco on the waist is kinda chewed up, and Wanda has some marbling on her...lady lumps....but, besides that and having to mod Magneto's cape (shaved the peg down and glued it to his chest so it sits better), I am happy with this set as a whole. Magneto not having rape face and Wanda having possibly the BEST female head sculpt of ALL time more than makes up for it.
Yah I had to clip that thing on Magneto's cape too, and will have to paint Quicksilver's hair correctly. Does anyone know if they really are going to finish out the Brotherhood? Hope they do Alpha Flight too!
I'm not too keen on the color of Wandas costume but her head sculpt and lack of heels more than makes up for it. Best head sculpt thus far in my opinion.
As for Quicksilver...im gonna add the Tufts of hair to him and paint the hair white. The head is a bit oversized but it doesn't distract me.
I clipped the extra square on Magnetoes cape just a bit to make it sit on the figure better.
Overall I'm in love with this boxed set and was very happy to add them to my Avengers and X-men villans shelves.
NOW bring on the rest of the Brotherhood!
These figures look amazing! I wonder if Hasbro will visit this set in the future and add in the remaining brotherhood of Evil mutants?
I got to say i love how you reviewed these figures, i admit i usually not a person who goes for three or two packs for the most part cause i end up only wanting the set for just one characters for the most of time but this set seems to do alright since i like the three characters especially Scarlet Witch, plus since i never got the Odin Wave SW this might be my must for her, though I'm not much fan of the glimmery/metalic pink? On her but I still would get this set if i had the chance and money

I too prefer the 2015 Scarlet Witch because her outfit is red, as its supposed to be, and not "brick" with metallic pink. It is more comic accurate though, because she didnt wear thigh-high boots until much later. Also, the new headsculpt for her looks great, but because of the very stiff plastic they used, her head's almost unposeable. Quicksilver really bugs me....why his hair is gray, and why they did away with the tufts is beyond me. Shaping the hair to make it look like he's speeding ahead, was a good touch. Also as others have noted, his head looks too big for the figure. My worst gripe about Magneto is that there are 2 plugs in his cape and only one in his back, and it doesn't let the cape hang as it should. Despite the criticisms, these are still great figures and worth your money. This is about the best comic book accurate version of Magneto's classic outfit I've seen, and I really like the translucent effects used this time around. Kudos.
This new magneto is literally outstanding light years ahead of the jubilee version
I got this set the other day and I'm very happy with it. Magneto and Scarlet Witch are big upgrades for the previous versions and I didn't have a Quicksilver in my collection, so it was nice to finally at him to the shelf.
Thats the best scarlet witch figure that they have done
Magnetoand scarlet witch look amazing, thats the figures we always wanted, finally! Wandas head sculpt is truly anamazing, however, I cannot say the same about Quicksilver, who has really big head which makes his body lookeven worse, its like he has no shoulders, its the exact opposite of toybizsuper ball shoulders problem.
