Nope, it says 1:10 in the pictures. It's bigger than the standard Legends.

I don't recall seeing Red Skrull arm and hand revealed in either Infinity War or Endgame, so it's interesting to see it on this statue.

I wish we got a legends version of this.

For a bad guy, why does Herr Skull get to spend eternity with Black Widow? That does not seem right.

I think it would work..maybe if they are far enough apart , plus he is floating so its harder to judge scale
