The MK I is roughly the same height as the regular Iron Man suits, maybe even shorter based on the second screencap here. So 6.2" (or maybe 6.3" as BBTS says in their listing) should work fine for Marvel Legends too.

I have the ML and it's actually also 6.2". However, the Figuarts is bulkier, which will give it an edge. If the figure has the same drop-down feature in the legs as the rest of the Figuarts, that might be able to add it a few more milimeters.

Since it's Figuarts, the scale is going to be a little bit off compared to Marvel Legends, but maybe it won't be noticeable in an action pose. I'll wait for reviews to see how well it can mingle with MLs.

I see this and I get Black Sabbath playing in my head.

It definitely looks cool, and it's kinda tempting for me, considering I never got the ML one. But it is not a figure that I feel I must have in my collection.

Now that would definitely be something I'd be more interested in, 'cause I could use those for the Ironmen that I already have, or any other figure that I want.
As is the casemost of the time with SHF, this thing looks pretty damn good. Not good enough to justify the price versus ML, in my personal opinion, but to each his own. If they just sold the accessories packs that come with these figures they'd make a freakin' mint. Then again, therewould probably be a lot more people that would pass up on the actual figure altogether if they were able to just get the accessories to be used with ML.
