While not exactly, this looks to be based on the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider. Might have to pick this one up as it looks like Hasbro hasn't been able to crack this code, not even during the GR 60th Anniversary. Now, let's see if they can do a Robbie version and not charge Tree Fiddy for it.
