The first video review that I've seen of the retro Invisible Woman in-hand was posted:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Il7b2N2bHW8

Sue has the same bad headsculpt that we saw in the reveal. I'm glad this reviewer is honest and calls it terrible and suggests that Hasbro should allow some avenue for products to be changed based on fan feedback before it goes into production. I doubt that will happen but I'd definitely be in favor of it.

I agree with pretty much everything the reviewer says, including the fact that the big hair design is not the problem (it's the face sculpt that's bad), and the fact that the artwork on the card shows an attractive Sue that is way better than the figure's actual face.

The same user has reviews of the other figures in the wave too.

You can see what Hasbro were trying to do, by trying in imitate the box art, but somehow they turned a smile into a scowl. The more I look at it, the more I'm reminded of "Monkey Faced" Leia for the Kenner 90's Star Wars line

Correction: My Thing pre-order is through Pulse, not BBTS. That explains why I didn't get the email.

Hmm. Mine are ordered through target so wonder how that will work out time wise?

RyanDaly - 2021-09-30 @ 2:44 am

I just checked Dorkside and they also have all six new retro 3.75" figures up for pre-order. 'bout time!

Oh wow...so much product headed our way!!

NotNamed - 2021-09-30 @ 1:05 am

So The Retro Thing is showing in stock at Dorkside, and someone posted a screenshot on Fwoosh of a notification from BBTS that it would be charging and shipping soon. I didn't get a notification, although I have it preordered from BBTS.

Is it March 2022 already? This is a truly bizarre happening. Everything is months behind and this is coming 5 months early??
