I noticed the same for the Iron Spider; having the accessories in that tissue-wrap is something for collectors to watch out for. Very easy to mistake as garbage and toss out.

I could also see it as being very easy to overlook when they're being packaged.

Woof these windowless packages are terrible. I too almost threw away the extra silk hand/ web. On the Peter / Ned two pack I couldnt find Neds backpack in any of the extra bags. I swore I got ripped only to find it on the Ned figure.

But to me its about the overall presentation though. The Silk/Ock, Ned/ Peter and really all the figures Ive found are fantastic (exceptforthepricescrewyouHasbro) but the way the figs are packed is third rate. Just looks like knockoff figs and gives the overall feel like they are cheap.

Oh so Amazon US can get a re-stock, but all of us in Canada are still waiting for ours, still says shipping delay for all of us here in the North, Amazon is very frustrating with their exclusives.

So, I received this from Amazon yesterday. The figures are both absolutely fantastic. This was my first exposure to the windowless packaging though and I'm not a fan. I've ordered several of the other Spider-Man anniversary figures through Target and Renew Your Vows through BBTS, so I just haven't received those yet. I'll just repeat what others have said in that it would be really easy not to get all of the accessories out of the packaging before throwing it away. The only reason I didn't throw mine away was because I knew they were supposed to be included and I couldn't find them, so I triple checked. There was another extra hand with webbing for Silk that was separate that I almost missed too, even after that. So, I'll just reiterate that you'll want to be very careful. Losing those alternate heads and hands would be a real bummer because they're quite good!!

I wondered how this was working out for those who got in on the original pre-order. I had not heard about anyone else getting theirs. Yeah, Amazon is a weird place.

if its any consolation, the box it came in, really more of a sturdy envelope, was banged up pretty good and the actual box with the character art had what looks like blade cuts. Like the case if sets were cut open with a box knife and my box got dinged. Havent opened yet to see how the figures look but kinda $#!++% presentation so far.

would have been really bummed if I hadnt already decided that I was no longer keeping one set to open.

For those who missed out on Amazon, AliExpress has them for sale individually at a slightly higher price point. They seem to be legit. I ordered the Silk figure loose, so we'll see if it's a bootleg or not.
