This was the only decent figure for me from this wave (She-Hulk might squeek by). Very innovative design choice; I like it, it makes it. I understand they wanted the white to have that "lived-in" look to it, so they gave it a gray wash, but I think they went overboard because it looks dingy and slate gray. The gold/brass accents and weapons look great. I'm hoping this lack of waist articulation is not going to be repeated because if that becomes the norm, I'll cut back even more than I already have. I've got a soft goods white cape around here so I'll probably give this Moon Knight that, just like the walgreens exclusive has one.
I really was a fan of the design choice they went with in the show for the suit, and this figure does a good job of translating that into plastic form, as someone who thinks I need everything ML Moon Knight, I had to get this, While I do like this figure I'm not in love with it like I'd have hoped, in hand it's under whelming to me it's photogenic but on a shelf seems to feel a bit dull and almost only a few notches above Basic line in structure, I also had the problem with his torso popping off at the upper chest, maybe subliminally I soured on this figure because I thought the show was such a mess? I want to like this more.
I really love this design. The classic stillllllll has the stronger pull on my Nostalgia strings, but dang, I just may have to poney up and get this.
