Issue with this figure is that you will need to paint part of the figure that is super prone to paint rub, so it will hell on earth to avoid paint issues, even figures that are pure molded plastic are often scuffed where crotch meets upper legs.

So priming will be necessary for paint to stick as well as some sanding to avoid contact and then really good sealant like that Mr. SuperClean (sadly not available in my country and not shippable), but I guess there's always option of not moving it lol.

I also hear there's some heat treatment method that helps plastic pores open up and really absorbs paint.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Rc4LKMHC74(Good video about this topic)

I have a friend who swears by self etching primer for the harder plastic parts. And then a matte clear finish so the new paint isn't so shiny. I might try that. Heck i might just have him do it. In reality I probably won't move it enough to scratch it anyway. Thanks for the info though.

While not much of a customizer I still have decent paint skills.

For me that's a quite a bit of inaccuracy and there's very little paint on the figure anyway. it's like saying classic Batman or Superman figure that has no trunks is pretty much spot on, especially when in action figure collector business people are hunting down figures that have super minor changes like logos, lines and color shades.

Yes. Just saw the episode. Leave it to Hasbro to tone down an already toned down character. SMH. At least whatever skin they did show the right color per the episode. While not much of a customizer I still have decent paint skills.

There is not much inaccurate about her except a bit of skin on the legs. Everything else is spot on.

Welp... as assumed before thanks to tweets, Episode 3 confirmed this is indeed inaccurate version of her, I doubt we will get running change so some of us, who care, gotta get our paint matching skills in check...

So upset with this figure, or at least with the specific copy I got. The knee joints are really loose so I can't get her to stand up at all.

Yeah. She looks like porcelain.

Now I noticed..Interesting how the art in the retro card (and show) does not make her that porcelain...hasbro may have over done it

I love this figure, it's already my fav figure of the year, it's not the costume I would have desired but Hey whatevs, it's beautiful and a stand out among st these toon figures, I love the everything about this one, totally cool with it not being comic, I will take what I can get and this one isn't a let down.

Skin tone choice is really weird, unless there some story element that warrants weird pink glowing skin it seems like it Hasbro's own doing.

Given she's the Goblin Queen, it's probably to show her being demonic or unnatural
