Officially picking up Captain America’s shield, Sam Wilson has a new role in the MCU. Facing new challenges and enemies, Sam, as Captain America, has to define leadership and embrace the new weight of responsibility. Following Thaddeus Ross's election as the U.S. president, Sam Wilson finds himself at the center of an international incident, and he must stop the masterminds behind this global conspiracy.

Ahead of Captain’s theatrical debut, Hot Toys is pleased to introduce Captain America in 1/6th scale, bringing the movie to life for fans.

Faithfully crafted based on Anthony Mackie’s portrayal of Captain America in Captain America: Brave New World, the new 1/6th scale Captain America Collectible Figure features a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs and a pair of aviation goggles, a helmeted head, a finely tailored red, blue, white tactical Cap’s suit, a flight backpack, a newly painted Captain America shield with silver star emblem, his signature set of newly painted mechanical wings with articulation function, a Redwing drone and a specially designed dynamic figure stand with character nameplate.

Yup it's the likeness that I wanna check out. You know just in case there really is something up with Ford's likeness rights.

Not an expert but I'm a pretty good Google sleuth and since it's Hasbro's main source of research I use it quite often for mine as well. And as we know by some peoples account Hasbro never ever does anything wrong. LOL. But seriously the way I understand a master license like this is not only does the license holder have rights to the characters but they also have the rights to use the likeness of the actor as they play that character. Especially if there are particular things applied to the actor that are unique to make them look like that character. For instance since Indiana Jones the character wears a particular hat and dresses in a particular way and maybe has a particular haircut when that look is applied to any actor the actor becomes that character under the studio's oversight and then the studio owns the actor's likeness within the context of said character. Basically Harrison Ford out and about on the town does not belong to a studio but Harrison Ford dressed as Indiana Jones as he appears in a movie does belong to the studio. Thus a company with a master license and more importantly the master obligation to make product based on that movie should be able to use that likeness for the product. This is especially the case if a studio uses CGI to make a character resemble the actor but is also clearly not the actual actor. Just like what was done with Harrison Ford for Red Hulk and Mark Rufalufallo before him and basically any CGI character who was ever made to resemble an actor. It simply is not the actor as a person. It is a concoction of the studio that made it. Certainly Woody from Toy Story was made to resemble Tom Hanks to a certain extent but nobody in their right mind would argue that TH owns the right to Woody's likeness. That being said there is always the chance that any actor can negotiate a contract or any amount of stipulations with certain circumstances where a studio or other company is not allowed to use their likeness without that actors final approval or final oversight before that product goes into production. But based on the reports that Harrison Ford was chomping at the bit to be in the MCU and basically jumped at the opportunity to play Ross why would he not want his likeness immortalized in plastic? It makes no sense. My best guess is they tried to make a Red Hulk to look like HF but it was probably rushed and probably wasn't quite right or HF himself did not approve of the likeness so they had to bench it for the time being in order to get the product out on time. Possibly with plans to release a better version somewhere down the line. Perhaps as a 2 pack with the MCU Leader as I earlier predicted.

Well I can promise you he will at least look like Harrison Ford unlike the ML version. Who happens to own the master license.
