Speaking of Banshee's face, the screaming one looks just like Tom Cruise having a moment to me. It would work equally well for a skydiving Mission: Impossible kit-bash or an Oprah's-couch-crazy-jumping-up-and-down-meltdown one. LOL

As for the mini "comics", count me in the MEH vote. They look more like little bootleg DVD clamshells with the inkjet printed covers and the black edges. Too thick, not enough details...and essentially pointless (brilliant Stan Lee figure idea aside). Effects pieces would have been much more welcome!

I was really hoping we would get MOTU or Super Powers/MASK sized mini comics of these books packed in. Oh well, ROM Space Knight and OG Banshee are must haves if they came with Lockjaw turds as pack ins

You know, I originally said that I was going to get Max Spidey even if it was $50, but now I'm saying forget it if it's over $40. I'm drawing the line there for myself getting this. It's just not deserving of anything more than that.

If it's over $50, then Hasbro deserves every bit all of the negative reaction that they're going to get. There's just no way to justify that price based upon what they're offering.

I certainly believe that it's the best Spider-Man that they've ever done, but that certainly doesn't mean it should cost twice as much as a standard figure. Lots of accessories? Sure, but most of those will go in a bin never to be seen again (speaking for myself anyway).

Take this FWIW but I was discussing this with the manager of the store I get my Hasbro stuff from. He said he thinks he found the SKU in the system and it was listed at 76.99 CDN. He cant be sure, but that is what Odin cost up here. We both hope he is wrong lol.

The remastered Power Rangers were 34 US MSRP, no justifiable reason these should be more than 40, 45 USD tops IMO

Lookin good! I'm still peeved about Adam having just the snarling face; man that really peevs me, because they just end up really limiting figures that way. Hmm, and after seeing this closer, that looks like the same cape they used ages ago on their first take on this version of him, so that's also a tad annoying. But...he still looks good, and again the funny thing for me is that the hair...that teased 1970s teen idol 'do is the what makes this one still a win for me, lol.

Pre-Ordered ROM

Emnems80 - 2025-02-07 @ 5:27 pm

Preordered four of the six. Adam Warlock, Daken, Miles, and Banshee. Didn't have any version of them in my collection so I'm happy to be getting all of them. Now I just need to hunt down a 1/12 scale pipe for Banshee to hold in his hand!

As far as the Banshee heads thing goes, I'm just pissed we didn't get his 1st app tiara! It was the perfect time, especially since we all had a chance to get those other heads. It woulda been nice to have at least switched the sideburn looks to give us two new heads. An effects piece woulda been epic! I understand it being a cost effective figure with a couple of brand new sculpts, but yeah...a new headsculpt woulda gona a long way for me, and it sounds like quite a few others as well.
