I was just wondering because what would have been the pointto get it in the game. Not really that popular character anyway. Better to use Dormamu or Mangog just to avoid the hassel.

That's crazy. I guess it all in how contracts are negotiated And when certain things lapse. Whatever. They got around it with Death's Head, ROM and Chrystar but if all it takes is a simple name swap to get around all the booshee that's all good. We can call it whatever the buns we want once it's on our shelves.

Hasbro outright owns Rom, Marvel outright owns Crystar and Deaths Head, there were no issues to get around with them.

It could be just me but that Hulk head with big teeth and tiny nose reminds me comic book Mask face.

Yes this is true, which is one of the reasons why getting any size of Shuma-gantos...blah blah is going to be just fine for me, getting a tentacle eye ball beast has been on top of my want list for a really long time, I'll take what I can get and not sweat it, Just god forbid don't make him PINK!

So that's one pink Shuma-gantos for Lord_Scareglow...

I wasn't really excited for either a new Crossbones or Madame Masque as I've got the other ones that were made. However it wasn't until I pulled out the old Madame Masque (Arnim Zola BAF wave) that I realized just how much better this new one really is. For Crossbones, I've got the Ares BAF wave version, the Crimson Dynamo BAF version and the MCU 2-pack version. Of those three I'd say that the oldest one was actually the best?!? The new one will certainly still be an upgrade.

I agree about the oldest one being the best. So yeah, this redo pack was needed. But I still woulda rather had at least a few first time figures in this reveal. We've been really shy on actually new fare recently. I feel like Ka Zar and Hellstrom were the last figures I was really excited for.

To me, the costume looks great, but the muscularity looks soft. Idk he is far too small. Like do studios know you can but some muscle padding that looks realistic under a suit? Cmon now.

I agree. It's not like actors have to get crazy ripped anymore, they can do it with the suits.

He was created for a Conan Comic and while Marvel does own him outright and can use him in comics, they can't for merchandise anymore.

So was this not an issue when they put him/her/it in the game?

Re: Changes to Madame Masque

Wow I guess I was so excited about the reveal I really didn't notice the issue. But now that I see it I actually prefer the black. I'm glad it's accurate but honestly every artist has such a tendency to put their own twist and changes to pretty much any character it really was not that big a deal.
