Was able to lock in my pre-order for this Wolverine/Silver Surfer 2-pack. I'm already thinking this Wolverine will be my definitive Wolverine, at least for my collection. Time will tell if this Silver Samurai replaces the retro-carded one I have (I really like that original figure).
Shout out to @toynewmanand Marvelous News for the pre-order alert post on the Psylocke/Thanos 2-pack! Was able to get my order in within a few minutes of it going up. Saw that it sold out shortly after.. you all are appreciated!
I'm 2/2 with these 2-pack drops, let's keep the momentum rolling. Next up: Captain America/Venom! Can't wait to get these in-hand. I think think Captain America might have the potential to replace my 20th anniversary version, and even though I don't see this Venom being my end-all-be-all Venom, it's a very nostalgic look for me. Either way, very excited to add these two to the collection!
It really is crazy that this two pack was the Target exclusive. This is probably the most wanted out of the two packs and I'm sure Hasbro knew this. It really is a fail on their part cause even though they might be available in store, what people need to realize is Target stores are not everywhere like Walmart stores. I know Walmart exclusives never show up in store, but they make them pretty excess able on line. I've said this numerous times on here, I live in Arkansas and we only have two Targets and they are in the northern part of the state, over an hour from me. So if I can't get it online I'm sol. I think a lot of people live in larger states with multiple Targets nearby or at least closer but they are nowhere as plentiful as Walmart, it's a real problem and I know I can't be the only one with this problem.
Well looks like Psylocke & Thanos sold out in a blink of an eye from any of the places I'd try and buy it from, so I sighed and just tossed my hands up and said, At this point, I don't care anymore, I'm over it, I wanted that Psylocke, but I didn't even want another Thanos and in reality paying like 90 bucks for a wonderful Psylocke seemed like a stupid idea anyways, so I'm walking away from this pack, I'm displeased I had to feel this way in the end, but making it hard to get this, Whatever I'm cranky about it, but I'm just gonna move on here, Maybe it will be available again, maybe not, maybe that Psylocke will get a single release some time, but really it's making me feel a way that the best Psylocke ever was locked away in a 2 pack and exclusive, go figure, Hasbuds you get boos and hisses.

I must say, I am SO appreciative of this site. At 8:50 am ET I was on the Target app waiting and reloading up until 8:59... and nothing. Then I opened up marvelousnews site and there was the link, thus allowing me to order 2 of the double pack before it sold out. Ughkk I'm so glad. Been WAITING for a PSYLOCKE like this!

Also....I'd bet youre gonna see Psylocke again, because they're not gonna let that mold lie there....probably next time with the sash.
I would be stunned beyond belief if you see Psylocke re-released in less than 12 months.
What is more likely to happen is that this set isn't super difficult to find after release day, if you live near Targets that allow store pickup orders. That happened with Warbird in many areas.

Wow, I remember when that crown went to walgreens LOL.
They've passed the torch. Nothing to be proud of, though.

Really? Never knew that.

Think, they would do a single retro card release then? And for all their other reuse? It would make sense to give her the sash. I probably wouldn't double dip, just maybe fashion some kind of sash as a custom.
