As we previously reported, Hasbro will have a presence at this coming weekend's Fan Expo Canada convention with a Marvel Star Wars/Marvel panel on Saturday August 23 at 11am.
Hasbro's Dan Yun has now confirmed new Marvel Legends reveals will be coming this week. Still no word what will be revealed and I wouldn't expect a ton of new things shown.
If Hasbro has any kind of new Canadian based characters coming like perhaps the rumored Maximum Deadpool figure then we might see that announced, however Dan back on August 8th posted this:
The image was of the Marvel Legends Inhumans Lockjaw and Crystal 2-Pack that went up for pre-order in September 2024. Based on RUMORS, Hasbro might be doing a new Inhumans 2-pack featuring Triton and Black Bolt, so it's possible that is what gets revealed this coming weekend.
When more details become available we of course will be sure to let you know as always.
Yeah, not much mystery left now is there?

Definitely would be a nice upgrade, just meant he doesn't look horrible on a shelf like most of the TB stuff does anymore. I'd love for them to visit all of the Simonson era characters and looks!

So, you're saying there's hope?

As far as this Con, it being brought to you by Walmart makes my hopes dwindle for much. I'm not sure if they will only show us Walmart exclusives, but I seriously doubt that Marina would be one. It seems like they get Captain America and Spidey Villains. Not that I don't want Marina, and more Alpha Flight in general. Master would be pretty cool too.
I actually do have that ToyBiz Beta Ray Bill, and it is a pretty great figure! Still, I want him to get the updated treatment. We got the more contemporary look a while back, but I definitely prefer his classic look.
They're going to be adding TWO special MTG cards in with all ML figures and the cost is going to $60 per figure.
I wonder what will be teased or confirmed at this event.
Fingers crossed for a Marrina reveal. Long overdue, and just will be a cool lookin figure. We did see her on a rumors list a little bit ago, so...
And speaking of cool lookin figures Triton and Gorgon both fit that category. But I agree with Reno about Black Bolt. While an update could be cool, if he has some vocal power effect of something, he'll probably just be a re-release or slight upgrade from the last one that was fine. It would be nice if Madusa was in her FF look, and I'd love a Crystal in her FF look as well.
Well, Like I said above I should be there on Sunday, so if nobody gets any in person pics of any of these reveals I can certainly try, since I'll def be scoping out the Legends booth as I always do.
Please for the love of Canada, bring me My Marrina. I only have been blabbing on about that since god knows.

I'd be excited for some Inhumans 2-packs, especially if we get Gorgon and Triton. I don't have any burning desire to get a new Black Bolt or Medusa, but I'm sure that those will be the cost of getting the new characters.
Although I'm sure that I'll buy the Maximum Deadpool with Doop, it's safe to say that I'm not excited about it. I'm happy with the Deadpool that came with Bob and I already have the Toy Biz Doop.
