Marvel & Fox Looking To Swap For Daredevil Rights?!?

Variety is reporting that Marvel and 20th Century Fox are discussing the possibility of extending the October 10th deadline for Fox to get a new Daredevil movie made before the rights would revert back to Marvel. The reason why Marvel is considering giving Fox more time is because Fox is looking to reboot the franchise with a "Frank Miller-esque" hardcore type thriller movie, which would not fit in with Marvel/Disney's more family style of movies.

In return for giving Fox more time to get Daredevil made, Marvel is looking at possibly being to use characters from another Marvel franchise movie Fox holds the rights to. Marvel wants to be able to use the world-devour Galactus as well as his herald Silver Surfer in upcoming Marvel movies. Both Galactus and Silver Surfer fall under the Fantastic Four franchise which Fox also plans to reboot in the near future.
