Shown below is the extended teaser trailer shown during this week's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
This new trailer is very similar to the one that hit the net last week only we get a look at an extended scene at the beginning showing the Avengers blowing off some steam by seeing if any of them are worthy enough to pick up Thor's hammer when all of a sudden they are interrupted by the films main bad guy. One thing to note in this scene is that the only Avenger to be able to remotely move Thor's hammer other than Thor himself is Captain America who manages to budge it just a little. This however does seem to surprise Thor just a little bit. In the comics Steve Rogers is one of the few mortals who has been deemed worthy enough to actually pick the hammer up.
Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision. Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige.
